Mike Bartholomew
Interim Pastor
Mike was the lead pastor at Faith Fellowship for almost 27 years, before semi-retiring and occupying a teaching role for the last 8 years. Presently, he has agreed to become interim pastor while the church searches for a new lead pastor. The leadership and membership of Faith Fellowship are trusting God to provide that new pastor in the Lord’s way and timing.
Mike has been married to his wife Connie for the last 51 years. Their two children both serve the Lord Jesus in various roles at Faith Fellowship.
James Smith
Discipleship Pastor
James started with Faith Fellowship Watertown as a ministry intern in 2010, working in mens’ ministry, small group discipleship, outreach events, and speaking. He was ordained as Associate Pastor in 2017, and then as Lead Pastor in 2018.
Originally trained as a financial analyst, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Information and Analysis from Clarkson University, and always loves an excuse to talk about the power of intentional giving and saving.
He and his wife Nicole have been married 14 years, and live a few minutes south of Watertown with two spunky children.
Nicole Smith
Music Ministry Director
Nicole grew up in Faith Fellowship, developing a love for worship music. Nicole trained under then-Associate Pastor Tim Grant for several years before attending and graduating from Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam. She holds a Master’s in music education.
Nicole and Pastor James met at one of the church’s Connect groups in 2010, and were married a year later.
Deltra Main
Administrative Assistant
Deltra attends Faith Fellowship with her husband, Darrell, and their three children, Zachary, William, and Elliott. She has a Master of Science in Teaching from SUNY Potsdam. She has been a teacher at FFCS since 2015. She taught music for nine years before transitioning to high school math. She is president of the FFCS Parent-Teacher Fellowship. She serves in both the church and school offices.
Miriam Larkin
Business Manager
Miriam is originally from Clarence, NY and currently lives in Castorland with her husband Abel and their 3 children. Her connection to Faith Fellowship is through her husband, who grew up with Faith Fellowship as his church home. They attended here together for quite a few years before moving on to become a part of River of Life Fellowship in Copenhagen, NY.
Miriam has an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Empire State College. Along with spending time with family, she enjoys baking, singing & playing piano, doing anything active (especially REFIT®), and being outdoors.
